Having shaken up the french electro-rap scene with her diatribe against the misogonystic rap crew ‘TTC’, Yelle’s new record ‘Pop Up’ and her support slot with Mika during his London shows bode well. Add in her collaborations with M.I.A. and the fact that her style has only gotten hipper since the filming of the below video, and all signs point to a star in the making.

Ailbhe Malone is 21 years old. Her father told her the other day that she was 'going to change the world'. She remains sceptical.

    2. I like TTC, but had no idea what they were singing about.

      Not shocking that rappers would be misogynists though.
